These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MingLiTong (minglitong.com, the “Service”), operated by KAISON GLOBAL (FZE) (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MingLiTong provides BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, compatibility, annual forecasts, date selection, and related metaphysical content. Charts are computed by a deterministic algorithm; AI is used only to interpret correctly computed charts. All content is provided for cultural, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Prices are shown on the site (in US dollars) and payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access for the period already paid.
• One-time paid content is a digital good generated on demand. Because it is delivered immediately, it is non-refundable after generation, except for payment errors or non-delivery.
• We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for payment or service problems.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access; using it for unlawful purposes; infringing others’ rights; or scraping or bulk-extracting content.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, brand, and generated content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for the information you submit and grant us the permissions needed to process it in order to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer

Readings are provided “as is,” for reflection and entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any professional advice, and we do not guarantee accuracy or any outcome. Do not make major life decisions based solely on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator (KAISON GLOBAL (FZE)) is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email, and take effect on the date published.
